Gotham Thrift originally operated as A Second Glance Thrift in Middle Village in 2012 and closed in 2015. Following a short stint where they opened a Williamsburg location and sold its items online, the owner decided to shift gears and reopen in 2019 as Gotham Thrift in Ridgewood. The new Gotham Thrift serves as an homage to the original Gotham Thrift that resided in the area and was beloved by the community.
