Since 1980, Utopia Bagels uses the old world process to hand roll every single bagel that is sold in their shop. After kettle boiling the dough, the bagels are placed in a 1947 carousel oven to bake each bagel evenly. Though their methods are traditional, Utopia Bagels has a wide variety of bagel flavors to try including piña colada and red velvet (they also have tons of traditional flavors as well).
